Job summary

Baptist Health in Miami is seeking an Imaging Services Manager to lead operations within imaging departments across the system. You will plan, coordinate, and direct activities, develop budgets, and support long-range planning for equipment and staffing.

Minimum 3 years of leadership in Imaging Services and/or business experience are required, with ARRT certification and Florida licensure preferred. This full-time role operates in a hospital setting and reports to the Imaging Services leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Imaging Services and/or business experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• ARRT certification and Florida licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages Imaging Services. Plans, coordinates, and directs all activities within respective areas of responsibility.
• Develops and maintains budgets; supports long-range planning for equipment, personnel and marketing.
• Ensures compliance with Federal, State and local guidelines and accreditation standards.

Description

Manages Imaging Services. Plans, coordinate, and direct all activities within respective areas of responsibilities. Develops, interprets and applies departmental policies as they relate to the daily operations of the respective areas. Develops and maintains operational and capital budgets each fiscal year. Assists in the long range planning of equipment, personnel and marketing strategies for the continued growth and development of the respective areas. Maintain accreditation status with all applicable organizations and ensures that all Federal, State, and local guidelines are followed to ensure compliance with such regulations.

Estimated salary range for this position is $104621.60 - $136008.08 / year depending on experience.

Qualifications

Degrees:

• Bachelors.

Additional Qualifications

• Bachelors in Science, ARRT and Florida State licensure preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of Imaging Services and / or business experience, to include a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.
• Experience working in an acute care setting preferred.
