Identify, design, develop, implement, and execute new and existing processes, policies, goals, and solutions to ensure optimal customer experience related to AWS solutions. Drive development efforts and manage priorities for project/program completion, including operational solutions. Create schedules, identify and communicate risks to stakeholders, define risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate appropriate engineering solutions. Develop system requirements to streamline and simplify tools used to manage and enhance operational productivity, accuracy, and effectiveness. Evaluate effectiveness of current or future AWS performance. Collaborate with other departments to integrate with business systems and processes. Maintain metrics, reports, and process documentation to monitor and analyze delivery performance and key business performance indicators. Manage cross-functional teams for implementation of project/program requirements. Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all projects, and using this data to drive/influence business decisions.
Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Analytics, Engineering, Business, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Analytics, Engineering, Business, or a related field and seven years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and five years of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) Working with SQL and Demand Supply Planning; Supply Chain Planning; or Operational Planning; (2) Working on projects in a supply chain or large operational organizations; (3) Experience working with Production Environment Metrics such as Forecasting, Average Handle Time (AHT), Shrinkage, Overtime and Full Time Equivalent (FTE). Domestic travel up to 25% to perform role responsibilities may be required.
