Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Manager III eCommerce Finance to provide complex analytical support and own budget, forecast and reporting processes. The role requires a broad understanding of eCommerce and digital strategy and reports to top leadership.

The position offers a hybrid work schedule with three in-person days at core locations and two remote days, aligned with locations such as Salisbury, NC; Quincy, MA; Carlisle, PA; Scarborough, ME.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field with 7+ years of broad experience; Master’s or MBA preferred
• Advanced Excel/model building skills required
• Experience preparing exec-level materials and communicating effectively
• AP, BCP experience desired
• Data-driven, storytelling with data to influence strategy and decisions

Responsibilities

• Provide complex analytical support for eCommerce Finance budgets and forecasts
• Own budget, forecast and period reporting processes
• Develop financial models and submission templates across LRP and other plans
• Deliver advanced reporting tools and dashboards for leadership insights
• Collaborate across functions to ensure accurate forecasts and plans
• Identify process improvements and leverage financial systems for decision support

The Manager III eCommerce Finance role is a strategic role that provides complex analytical support and owns budget, forecast and reporting process. The role requires broad understanding of the eCommerce and Digital landscape, two critical strategic growth areas for ADUSA. Essential job functions:

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the critical issues and opportunities within in eCommerce and Digital
  

• Support senior leadership and management to provide a clear understanding of results with key drivers of performance, and actionable insights
  

• Pro-actively identify and develop financial reporting needs of senior leadership and management to help drive appropriate business decisions with relevant risk analysis
  

• Ad hoc analysis to evaluate business opportunities / mitigate risks
  

• Provide support in identifying, researching, and understanding trends
  

• Manage overall process and deliverables of LRP, Budget, Forecasts, Period reporting including maintaining financial models and submission templates
  

• Work across functional lines and the business to ensure forecasts, plans, budgets, and financial analyses are accurate, complete and reflect the organization's operational and financial realities, objectives and initiatives
  

• Identify and implement improvements to existing processes, forecasting techniques and leverage financial systems to support decision making and understanding of financial results
  

• Build robust business cases to evaluate ad-hoc strategic business questions and category or market expansion opportunities
  

• Evaluate and implement competitive data sources to support insights and ongoing processes.
  

• Develop and deliver advanced reporting tools and dashboards that provide leadership with relevant risk assessments and business insights.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis until the end of their appointment
  
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field with 7+ years of broad experience in Accounting or Finance; or 10+ of relevant experience familiarity. Master's degree or MBA preferred

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $120,960 - $181,440

IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $139,120 - $208,680

Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
