Hands-on Technical DRY ETCH Experience Highly Preferred
Forecasts financial, manpower, and operational requirements for key businesses (start-up, warranty, service agreements, paid service). Identifies and pursues service agreement business in collaboration with marketing and sales. Manages Applied KPI performance, including Customer Acceptance Report (CAR) cycle time, clean desk, reporting hours, Utilization%, Over Time%, Parts Confirmation (TES), parts return, etc.
Manages start-ups in terms of time and cost requirements. Manages local inventories and RMA procedures. Maintains DSO according to goals. Manages systems start-up and warranty, Comprehensive Service Agreement (CSA), and Total Kit Management (TKM) costs under reserve.
Prepares and hosts weekly meetings with customers to ensure satisfaction with our services and system performance.
Interviews, hires, and trains customer engineers to meet TSMC's expectations and support regional business.
Ensures employee satisfaction through:
Promotes safety practices among customer engineers, develops their skills, and spots managerial or other specialist talent. Escalates system issues promptly and reports accurately.
Achieves guaranteed uptime and other parameters as sold to customers. Understands etch technique issues, hosts internal meetings to discuss uptime, critical issues, and action plans, and aligns with customers.
Supports quality improvement processes to reduce cycle time, improve technical performance, and empower the workforce.

The salary offered depends on factors like location, experience, and internal equity. Candidates may also be eligible for bonuses and stock awards. For sales roles, the posted range is the Target Total Cash (TTC), including base salary and bonus.
