Manager II Sales Support

Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

The Manager II Sales Support is responsible for managing the activities within a sales support unit.

How you will make an impact

• Develops processes for consistency.
• Manages sales support activities which may include one or more of the following functions: broker call center, sales support staff, field service, sales training and technology, broker administration, proposals, product development, or material distribution.
• Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Minimum Requirements

Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences

• Health insurance experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a remote staff strongly preferred.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Experience giving presentations to C‑suite strongly preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $110,400 to $172,800.
