A leading company is seeking a Process Improvement Leader to enhance operational efficiency at their Perris distribution center. This role focuses on leading performance improvement initiatives, leveraging analytical skills, and ensuring sustainable project results. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, have significant experience in process improvement, and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities.
Leads Process Improvement tools and methods such as 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma, time and motion studies to eliminate losses within a Distribution Center, according to Network Process Structure using Walmart Performance System (WPS) programs.
Delivers functional results through KPI analysis, loss elimination, and creating standard work to reduce process variation. Assists with process improvement projects owned by area managers and applies new network playbooks, providing input on project ideation and replication.
Leads savings projects, promotes company policies, supports WPS program deployment, manages project execution, and helps build managerial and associate capabilities. Supports loss profile analysis, performance metrics, and develops gap analyses for WPS integration.
Builds relationships with stakeholders, supports plans to meet business needs, and promotes continuous learning. Provides supervision and development for associates, ensuring compliance with policies and fostering a workplace of belonging and high performance.
Acts with integrity, maintains high ethical standards, and supports Walmart's culture and goals. Delivers results with a customer-first approach, makes data-driven decisions, and encourages continuous improvement and innovation.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field and 3 years’ experience in Process Improvement, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, analytical skills, process simulation, and demonstrated project ownership resulting in sustainable savings.
Experience in Total Performance Management or related programs, Six Sigma certification.
