Role Overview

As the Events and Studio Manager on the AV team, you will be responsible for producing a wide range of events and studio projects, leading a global team of event technicians. This role requires technical expertise and leadership skills to deliver high-end productions for live, in-person, and virtual events, including support for live TV broadcasts with our executive staff. You will focus on delivering innovative strategies and streamlining the event and studio experience.

What You'll Do
  1. Lead a global team of event technicians.
  2. Manage all aspects of AV productions, from studio shoots to company-wide broadcasts.
  3. Handle end-to-end video production requests from internal stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with internal communications, workplace events, and executive teams.
  5. Coordinate with stakeholders on deliverables and timelines.
  6. Upgrade existing gear and production methodologies.
  7. Work with the AV team and broader company to improve event functions.
What We're Looking For
  1. 6+ years of AV/event production and leadership experience in a corporate environment.
  2. Ability to adapt quickly and remain composed under pressure.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Strong understanding of soundboards, camera controllers, video switchers, streaming codecs, etc.
  5. Knowledge of networking technology, video transmission, and signal flow.
  6. Technical skills in editing, coloring, cinematography, and lighting techniques.
  7. Experience with Crestron equipment, audio DSPs, and Dante microphone systems.
  8. Experience with Ross products.
  9. Passion for video production and live events.
  10. Bonus: InfoComm CTS certification.
  11. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
In-Office Requirement

While the work style is flexible, this role requires in-office presence for collaboration and event production. The number of in-office days varies weekly, and candidates should be within commuting distance of our San Francisco office.

Additional Information

Our salary range is $131,302—$229,779 USD, based on experience, location, and skills. The role is eligible for equity. We are committed to inclusion and equal opportunity employment.
