We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager II, Enterprise Collections to lead our Enterprise Collections organization, part of the broader Order to Cash function. As Manager II, Collections, you will drive collections performance for a portfolio of the company's enterprise customers, partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to support timely cash collection while delivering a strong customer experience. You'll lead and develop your team, manage escalations, and help scale the operating model through process improvement, automation, and adherence to strong governance (including SOX and policy compliance).

The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is below. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is also eligible for an initial RSU grant with no vesting cliff, and ongoing refresh opportunities tied to performance, subject to plan terms and conditions.
