Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Manager, I&C Delivery Stream Engineering in Cranberry Township, PA. You will manage procurement, delivery, and turnover of instrumentation and control systems for APX projects, guiding multiple teams and ensuring safety, quality, financial, and schedule targets are met.

You will report to the APX Electrical and I&C Director and work on major nuclear construction initiatives with a hybrid schedule, collaborating with suppliers and customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of supply chain leadership experience in technical design projects.
• Understanding of Instrumentation & Control (I&C) systems engineering.
• Ability to engage with executive-level customers and understand financial models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program management models aligned with global execution strategies for APX projects.
• Forecast program performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies for safety, quality, and financial goals.
• Be the trusted partner to project procurement leaders for major customer projects.
• Provide strategic direction to Delivery Stream Engineers and execution plans for delivery and profitable growth.
• Lead Delivery Stream teams across Westinghouse, suppliers, and customer sites.
• Guide decision-making and strategy for procurement of components and equipment.
• Collaborate with APX Supply Chain to develop strategic sourcing strategies.
• Oversee mentoring of new hires and employees new to customer projects.
• Be the primary contact for project management, status updates, and delivery responsibilities.
• Support staffing forecasts and participate in bid opportunities/meetings.

About The Role

As the Manager, I&C Delivery Stream Engineering, you will manage the successful procurement, delivery, and turnover of instrumentation and control (I&C) systems, equipment, and related components. These components support major projects within the APX portfolio, specifically the AP1000/AP300 New Plants business organization. You will manage all procurement phases, from pre-PO through final delivery, ensuring projects meet safety, quality, financial, and schedule goals. You will collaborate and provide leadership for multiple projects. The APX team supports major new nuclear construction projects and new plants activities. You will report to the APX Electrical and I&C Director and be located at our Cranberry Township, PA location with a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering discipline, MS (Recommended)
• 10+ years of relevant supply chain experience, including experience in a leadership role supporting technical design projects
• Understanding of Instrumentation & Control (I&C) systems engineering
• Have a general understanding of financial models and be able to engage with executive-level customers

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $130,400 to $163,000 per year.
