Job Title: Manager I, Brokerage IC Department: Supply Chain Country: United States of America State/Province: Arkansas City: Lowell Full/Part Time: Full time Job Summary: Under general direction, the Manager I, Brokerage - Enterprise leads a corporate‑based team of Capacity Procurement &/or Customer Experience Representatives responsible for executing transportation brokerage operations in support of large, enterprise‑level customers. The incumbent drives consistent operational performance by overseeing daily workflow execution, ensuring adherence to processes and service standards, managing capacity coverage, and developing front line talent. This role partners with leadership to support customer objectives and contributes to branch metrics and performance discussions while fostering a reliable, efficient, and high‑quality execution experience.

Job Description

• Execute the growth focused activities as directed by management to realize and capture market potential

• Assist in the development of the team strategy through providing input on key performance indicators (KPIs) and budget considerations to meet and exceed branch and business unit goals for profitability

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED WITH 3 years in Transportation/Logistics and/or military equivalent or suitable combination of education, experience, and training OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or related field with 2 years of experience in transportation/logistics and/or military equivalent

Compensation

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
