Alliance College-Ready Public Schools seeks a Manager, HR Operations to refine HR workflows for Home Office and school staff. You will own onboarding, leaves, accommodations, and trainings while ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state laws.
Develop operational plans, manage HR transactions, and support audits across a portfolio of sites. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources (HR) Operations, the Manager, Human Resources Operations will play a vital role in refining Alliance’s human resource functions to better serve all Alliance staff, both at the Home Office and our school sites. The Manager, HR will lead key aspects of HR operations, with a specific focus on the staff life cycle from entry to exit, including onboarding, benefits, leaves, exits, required trainings, special assignments or duties, vacancy projections, and workers’ compensation for a portfolio of schools or Home Office teams. While leading this work, the Manager, HR will identify opportunities to improve efficiency and ensure “best in class” customer service. The Manager, HR will also ensure Alliance is in compliance with all federal and state laws, and ensure we are implementing Alliance policies with fidelity.
This position is a hybrid role which will include a combination of working from home, our network office, and travel to school sites. The successful candidate will be given a $400 work-from-home set-up allowance and receive a monthly stipend of $100.
