Leads the employee relations and recruiting duties and ensures that Benchmark maintains compliance with company policies and procedures and federal and state regulations regarding employment.
6+ years of HR experience required.
Extensive training, on-the-job or by classroom, in recruiting and employee relations.
Advanced knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, or combination of education and experience as approved by executive management.
