Ledcor is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to mentor regional HS&E professionals and align programs with operations. Reporting to the Director of HS&E, you will lead a team to drive industry-leading performance and a safer culture.
The role requires 3+ years in HS&E management and 5+ years in industrial construction or telecom, with a strong emphasis on program development, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance.
You are an experienced and versatile Health, Safety & Environmental professional with extensive experience in a fast paced, dynamic, industrial construction environment.
As the HS&E Manager, you will be responsible for mentoring, coaching, directing, and supporting the Region's HS&E professionals in their work with the operations team(s) and to verify effective application of the HS&E program. Reporting to the Director of HS&E, you will be a member of the operating group's HS&E management team to develop and enhance the culture within Ledcor.
