Experience with HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher, Power BI).
Licenses/Certifications
HR certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred
Oracle Fusion, UKG, or similar HRIS certification is a plus
Required Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities
Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources operations and best practices.
Strong understanding of HRIS functionality, data governance, and security administration.
Knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement and change management initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and provide actionable recommendations.
Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with HR reporting and analytics tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
