The Impact You Will Make
As the Human Resources Business Partner Manager, you\'ll serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to site leadership, helping drive organizational success through effective people strategies and leadership support. You\'ll have the opportunity to partner with leaders in a fast-paced, highly regulated manufacturing environment where people strategy is critical to operational success.
In this highly visible role, you\'ll collaborate with leaders, employees, union representatives, and HR Centers of Excellence to support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including employee and labor relations, talent management, organizational effectiveness, leadership coaching, workforce planning, compensation, performance management, employee engagement, and change management.
Your ability to build trusted relationships, influence leaders at all levels, and navigate complex employee matters will directly contribute to operational excellence, organizational growth, and Kindeva\'s mission of manufacturing more tomorrows.
