Job summary

Kindeva Drug Delivery is seeking a Facilities Leader to oversee site maintenance across St. Louis locations. You will direct and develop facility teams, manage turnkey projects, and ensure 24/7 operations in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key responsibilities include supervising maintenance, sanitation, grounds, and vendor contractors; coordinating with engineering for capital projects; and driving cost-effective facilities programs aligned with company SOPs and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree with 6+ years facilities experience.
• High School Diploma with 10+ years facilities supervision experience.
• Relevant experience in facilities maintenance (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Mechanical/structural).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, training and development of colleagues consistent with Kindeva values.
• Maintain technical skills in the latest techniques for facilities in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Develop objectives, long range plans, standards of service and performance of facility teams, and their respective programs.
• Direct and manage all facilities services across all St. Louis locations acting as primary point of contact.
• Supervise colleagues and contract services for a multi-faceted, multi-shift manufacturing operation in compliance with company and corporate policies.
• Manage facilities-related services including sanitation, inventory, grounds/landscaping, pest control and snow removal for 24/7 operations.
• Facilities planning and maintenance including painting, plumbing, electrical, janitorial and HVAC.
• Manage leased facilities as the point of contact with landlords and maintenance activities.
• Define and manage facilities expense projects from scoping to bids and project management.
• Work with engineering to support facilities capital projects including design, construction and operation.
• Manage all facilities-related expenditures.

The Impact You Will Make

Provide leadership and direction for the site’s facilities maintenance program. Supervise the maintenance, repair and sanitation of the site facilities following site guidelines and site & Corporate SOPs. Manage multiple functions, projects, colleagues, and contractors across multiple site facilities.

• Facilities planning, and facilities maintenance including, but not limited to, painting, plumbing, electrical, janitorial services and HVAC.
• Manage all leased facilities acting as point of contact for all interaction with landlords, managing all maintenance, sanitation, and janitorial activities and services.
• Define and manager facilities expense projects, including project scoping, Bid request and evaluation, and project management.
• Work with engineering to provide support for various facilities capital projects for new and/or renovations, including design, construction, verification and operations.
• Manage all facilities related expenditures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree and 6+ years related facilities experience.
• High School Diploma and 10+ years facilities supervision experience.
