Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Determine hiring needs, recruit, interview, and hire the best candidates
  • Complete new hire paperwork
  • Objectively evaluate staff to identify coaching needs
  • Assign measurable, attainable goals for Assistant Managers and Supervisors
  • Lead the team enthusiastically
  • Maintain safe, secure employee files while maintaining confidentiality
  • Promote an open door policy
  • Conduct weekly management meetings
  • Track and report on the restaurant's financial status
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to remain calm under stressful situations
  • Self-motivated
  • Effective communication skills
  • Mobility required during the entire shift, including bending and twisting, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds
