The Manager EVS will lead Environmental Services while partnering closely with Hospital Facilities and Plant Operations to maintain clean, safe, efficient, and welcoming spaces for patients, visitors, and employees. Reporting to an experienced hospital operations or facilities leader, the Manager Hospital Environmental Services will receive executive support, departmental resources, and cross-functional partnership to advance service quality and team performance. Responsibilities include coaching and developing Environmental Services employees, coordinating schedules, monitoring productivity and budgets, maintaining compliance, supporting emergency preparedness, and building a culture of accountability and recognition. The Manager Hospital Environmental Services will collaborate with friendly nurses, infection prevention specialists, clinical leaders, facilities professionals, and a diverse healthcare team committed to safe, respectful, patient-centered care.
