Role Description

This full-time, on-site role in Greater Indianapolis involves overseeing records management, performing analytical tasks, managing document processes, and maintaining archives. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate documentation, supporting HIM operations, and analyzing data to optimize records management processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Records Management and Document Management
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Knowledge of managing Archives
• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field
• Experience with healthcare information systems preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) preferred or Associate Degree (A.S.) in Health Information Administration
• AHIMA credential as a Registered Health Information Administrator (R.H.I.A) or Registered Health Information Technician (R.H.I.T) required
• At least two years of HIM management experience, emphasizing Data Integrity (Chart Corrections) and Release of Information
• Experience with EPIC, Onbase, and 3M Fluency Direct systems is strongly preferred
