Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client relationship management for assigned clients
• Actively cross-sell our suite of services to our client base
• Ensure US GAAP reporting standards for various fund structures
• Assist in developing new and existing global client relationships, optimizing service offerings, productivity, and profitability
• Manage the complete audit process
• Assist in the management of NAV preparation and review for hedge fund clients
• Ensure adherence to documented procedures and policies
• Work on integrating large fund administration mandates
• Collaborate with operational centers
• Contribute to ad hoc internal and global projects as required
• Ensure all deliverables are met on time and accurately

Skills Required:

• Approximately 5+ years’ fund accounting experience
• Understanding of complex fund structures and fund accounting as a subject matter expert
• High degree of commercial awareness and client service focus
• Knowledge of partnership accounting, management fee, and incentive fee methodologies
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently
• Good interpersonal skills to develop relationships with colleagues, clients, and intermediaries
• Professional accounting qualification is a plus
• Ability to automate processes
• Knowledge of investor KYC and AML requirements
