The Program Manager, Health Plan Quality Management partners with our dialysis clinics, DaVita Kidney Care (DKC) leadership, and SDCS, DCS, MCS & Palmer Leads to centrally support the delivery of dialysis-related interventions for our Kidney Care patients.
The Program Manager, Health Plan Quality Management is responsible for providing subject matter expertise and developing adaptable processes to drive results in our key quality measures, including Central Venous Catheter (CVC) rates and Adequacy (Kt/V).

To be successful, the Program Manager, Health Plan Quality Management demonstrates the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across DKC and IKC, with both clinical and non-clinical teammates. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and high motivation to drive success. It is a remote position requiring independence, integrity, and accountability.
The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking and operational execution, with a focus on advancing healthcare towards value-based care. You will work with a team of motivated individuals experienced in consulting, process engineering, change management, and clinical fields.
