The Program Manager, Health Plan Quality Management partners with our dialysis clinics, DaVita Kidney Care (DKC) leadership, and SDCS, DCS, MCS & Palmer Leads to centrally support the delivery of dialysis-related interventions for our Kidney Care patients.

The Program Manager, Health Plan Quality Management is responsible for providing subject matter expertise and developing adaptable processes to drive results in our key quality measures, including Central Venous Catheter (CVC) rates and Adequacy (Kt/V).

• REMOTE

• Must reside in MST

• Less than 25% annual travel

To be successful, the Program Manager, Health Plan Quality Management demonstrates the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across DKC and IKC, with both clinical and non-clinical teammates. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and high motivation to drive success. It is a remote position requiring independence, integrity, and accountability.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking and operational execution, with a focus on advancing healthcare towards value-based care. You will work with a team of motivated individuals experienced in consulting, process engineering, change management, and clinical fields.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Subject matter expertise in CVC removal process and Adequacy management.
• Clinical Operations and Strategy.
• Collaborate with teams to drive clinical quality measures, requiring strong project management and communication skills.
• Partner with Clinical Services to support quality measure goals.
• Develop communications supporting clinical strategy.
• Lead special projects & innovation initiatives.
• Serve as a thought leader, managing multiple projects effectively.
• Perform data analysis and interpret complex eligibility rules to prioritize focus areas.
• Respond to field requests for data analysis support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4+ years healthcare, strategy, or project management experience.
• RN, CCHT, or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to collaborate and impact clinical quality outcomes.
• Recent dialysis clinic experience or understanding of DKC systems (e.g., CWOW, Reggie).
• Ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Strong project management and independent operation skills.
• Interest or experience in healthcare delivery.
• Interpersonal and presentation skills preferred.
