Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Proficient in economic transmission planning using PROMOD.
• PE license in Electrical Engineering preferred.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Grid Strategy & Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space.

This role will own key aspects of utility interconnection, grid integration, and transmission planning for new power plant development across North America. The manager will partner closely with development, engineering, consultants, utilities, and system operators to support strategic siting, manage studies and agreements, and help ensure projects advance efficiently through complex interconnection requirements. The position also contributes technical insight that supports high-voltage design, installation, and overall project execution in the renewable energy sector.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
