A leading global law firm is seeking a Manager for their Global Travel Program in Chicago. The role involves managing all components of the travel program, ensuring service excellence for stakeholders, and optimizing partnerships with travel suppliers. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in business and substantial travel management experience, along with strong customer service and communication skills. The Manager, Global Travel Program, The Americas will manage all components of the Global Travel Program, including operations, management, and optimization across all locations within the Americas region. The role-holder will lead the relationship between the Firm and the appointed Travel Agency, manage and optimize travel tools, drive value and return off investment (ROI) through partnerships with travel suppliers, ensure the safety and security of Firm personnel whilst traveling on business, deliver service excellence to internal stakeholders, utilize analytics and intelligence to identify travel trends and opportunities, provide meaningful travel expertise across stakeholder groups, and drive continuous improvement of the program.

Each Regional Travel Manager must be able to support the global Firm as required. This includes potential travel, primarily within the region, up to 30% of the time during peak periods.

This position is bonus-eligible and includes medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)benefits based on the number of hours worked. The US base compensation for this position is expected to be in the range of $110,000 - $160,000 if located in the sates of Illinois or Washington DC. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
