Security Clearance: The Manager, Global Trade (GT) will support the Enterprise Operations Supply Chain organization, located in Charlotte, North Carolina or remote. The role involves ensuring compliance with U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and other global regulations relevant to Supply Chain activities.

Responsibilities include:

1. Serve as the Enterprise Operations GT Supply Chain global strategy lead, supporting various supply chain functions.
2. Develop and deploy a comprehensive GT compliance program.
3. Partner with stakeholders, including Supply Chain leadership, Legal, etc., to execute programs and initiatives.
4. Develop KPIs and guidance for GT compliance goals.
5. Analyze complex problems involving GT compliance and advise leadership.
6. Manage GT professionals and oversee operational plans.
7. Develop and oversee an Enterprise Operations GT Supply Chain Focal Network.
8. Evaluate and improve current processes for efficiency.
9. Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.

Qualifications include a university degree with 8+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years, U.S. Person status, experience with government and customer conditions, project management, and knowledge of global trade regulations.

Preferred qualifications include SAP knowledge, analytical skills, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
