Helmerich & Payne, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Talent Management in Tulsa, OK to lead enterprise talent management strategies and workforce mobility.

You will advise business leaders and HR partners to align talent decisions with priorities and growth, overseeing talent reviews and succession planning globally. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years HR experience, and 5+ years of people leadership, with Travel potential and Workday experience being a plus.

Qualifications

  • Workday experience preferred.
