You will be responsible for maximizing the commercial value of these relationships while driving revenue growth and long-term business opportunities. Working closely with executive leadership and international partners, you will develop joint go-to-market strategies, strengthen executive relationships, and identify opportunities for innovation and collaboration. You will play a key role in expanding global market presence across North America, EMEA, and APAC. This is an exciting opportunity to shape high-impact partnerships, influence business strategy, and contribute directly to sustainable growth within a dynamic enterprise technology environment.

Accountabilities

  • Own and develop a portfolio of strategic global partnerships, taking responsibility for partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets.
  • Build and execute joint go-to-market strategies across North America, EMEA, and APAC, including co-selling initiatives, co-marketing campaigns, joint solutions, industry offerings, and cloud marketplace opportunities.
  • Drive mutual business growth by expanding partner services, consumption, and solution practices while generating new revenue opportunities.
  • Establish strong relationships with senior executives, global alliance leaders, and key stakeholders across partner organizations.
  • Develop multi-year strategic partnership plans, identifying joint investments, product integrations, commercial agreements, and opportunities for deeper collaboration.
  • Align internal sales teams and partner counterparts on target accounts, pipeline development, deal strategies, and revenue forecasts.
  • Lead executive-level business reviews, ensuring clear performance metrics, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define integration roadmaps and joint innovation initiatives.
  • Work closely with Marketing to deliver joint campaigns, product launches, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and partnership performance reporting while providing market intelligence and competitive insights to senior leadership.
  • Represent the organization at executive partner meetings, advisory boards, and major industry events.
  • Identify successful partnership practices and develop scalable approaches that can be adopted across the wider partner ecosystem.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise B2B software, with a proven track record of developing and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Demonstrated experience managing global alliances across multiple regions and working effectively across different time zones.
  • Direct experience working with global systems integrators (GSIs), strategic consulting firms, major cloud providers, and/or leading data platform partners.
  • Proven success in growing partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue and delivering joint go-to-market programs at scale.
  • Experience shaping long-term partnership strategies, including executive alignment, joint investments, commercial agreements, and product integrations.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to build credibility with C-level stakeholders, senior alliance leaders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to balance short-term business objectives and long-term strategic value.
  • Good understanding of enterprise technology, with the ability to communicate data management, data quality, and AI concepts to both technical and business audiences.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business development, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to take ownership of complex initiatives and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, combined with the flexibility to work across international teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
  • Nice to have: Experience in data management, data quality, Master Data Management (MDM), data governance, or the broader data and AI ecosystem.
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with cloud marketplace go-to-market strategies and commercial models.
  • Nice to have: Exposure to corporate development or strategic business development activities.
  • Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States. Employment visa sponsorship, including H-1B sponsorship or transfer, is not available for this position.

Benefits
