This position will initially be based in the ITC – Jersey City, NJ office, located at 111 Town Square Place, with the understanding that this office and your position will be relocating to our Hudson Yards – New York office in the future, timing to be confirmed.

What You Will Do:
- Help shape the IT Cosmetics’ image across all social platforms.
- Disrupt the social media landscape.
- Work at the speed of culture.
- Redefine how IT Cosmetics connects with their audiences on social media.
- Challenge norms, take calculated risks, and push creative boundaries through social campaigns and content partnerships.
- Work autonomously with an entrepreneurial mindset to find new opportunities.
- Stay ahead of trends, technology, and social innovation.
- Use creative and analytical thinking to engage online communities.
- Demonstrate a clear creative vision and inspire new social content ideas cross-functionally and with market partners.
Creative Ideation:
- Develop and execute Monthly Content Packages for the market, with a lead time of two months.
- Create disruptive/viral partnerships quarterly, such as collaborations with @itcosmetics (e.g., Tube Girl, Holding Space Woman, CGI), requiring speed and agility.
- Spot trends and produce three quick, low-fi videos monthly aligned with CDMO trend spotting, targeting the 40+ audience, to share across markets. Include templates and innovative formats like Spotify Wrapped.
- Inspire and create quick trends/content, branded templates, educational and behind-the-scenes content, support event content, and proactively suggest new ideas.
- Assist with campaign content and behind-the-scenes shoots as needed.
- Generate ideas that drive buzz and ensure brand consistency, even through unconventional tactics.
- Conceptualize, create, and test content partnerships that challenge conventions and spark conversations.
- Stay updated on latest trends and technologies in social media, tech, and marketing.
- Share insights and ideas to develop engaging visuals, videos, and captions that provoke audiences.
Campaign and Project Management:
- Produce strategic global social media campaigns and projects that generate buzz and meet market needs.
- Analyze consumer behavior to develop strategies that build awareness, drive engagement, and encourage conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute social campaigns and projects aligned with 360° business objectives.
- Work with market partners to understand their needs and optimize performance.
- Ensure campaigns and projects follow timelines and support AVP in managing expectations if delays occur.
- Address questions and resolve issues from markets, including troubleshooting assets and formatting.
Budget Management:
- Manage budgets effectively for key social campaigns and projects.
- Assist AVP Social in providing budget updates for the overall social budget.
Agency and Production Management:
- Identify innovative, digital-first partners in social content creation.
- Manage relationships with social content and creator agencies for campaigns and projects.
- Explore new production methods to deliver modern, platform-first content.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4-6 Years of Experience
- Exceptional creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Passion for industry trends and willingness to take creative risks.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and make a significant impact in social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and identify insights.
- Strong organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
