This role is a key member of the Global Enterprise Procurement team and will play an important part in building and maturing a centralized, strategic procurement function during a period of transformation and growth. The Manager will help shape category strategies, lead defined sourcing workstreams, and partner directly with Operations and Technology Team, and other business stakeholders to influence technology spend decisions, strengthen supplier governance, and deliver commercial value, cost optimization, and risk management. • Serve as a strategic advisor to business and technology leaders, shaping technology investment, supplier, and operating-model decisions that align with enterprise priorities and deliver measurable business value.
  • Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives across technology categories, including software/SaaS, cloud, data and analytics, cybersecurity, hardware, telecommunications, and technology professional services.

  • Develop and execute competitive sourcing events, including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and supplier evaluations, to identify the best-fit solution and commercial model.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations covering pricing, payment terms, service levels, implementation commitments, renewals, price protections, flexibility, audit rights, liability, termination, and other risk-mitigation provisions.
  • Build total-cost-of-ownership analyses, business cases, savings models, and executive recommendations that support informed supplier and investment decisions.
  • Conduct supplier due diligence and coordinate risk, security, privacy, legal, financial, and compliance assessments before contract execution.
  • Draft, negotiate, and manage technology agreements, including master services agreements, subscription/order forms, statements of work, amendments, and professional services agreements.
  • Identify and deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, commercial improvements, and operational efficiencies while balancing business outcomes, speed, risk, and long‑term value.
  • Maintain accurate sourcing, contract, supplier, spend, and savings documentation; provide clear status updates and report to leadership.
  • Help evolve procurement processes, tools, policies, and supplier governance practices to strengthen the function’s role as a strategic business partner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
