Manager, Global Education Purpose

Responsible for executing the learning strategy across regional Professional and Commercial Education (Prof Ed and Comm Ed) teams to build proficiency related to the sale and clinical utilization of JJMT Electrophysiology hardware and software. This role collaborates across global and regional teams to develop education supporting NPI and new employee training, ensuring consistency with the global strategy. The role requires a global mindset to address the educational needs of customers and customer-facing employees, partnering with various leaders to align on knowledge gaps, promote best practices, and ensure training consistency across regions.

Functional Responsibilities

1. Partner with product and business leaders to translate marketing strategies into global education experiences for NPI and new hires.
2. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and deliver launch training strategies and curricula.
3. Work with EdTech and regional education teams to share best practices.
4. Maintain consistency of education experiences globally using curriculum design protocols.
5. Coordinate with regional teams to identify needs and share practices.
6. Manage content mapping and content management with LMS teams.
7. Ensure compliance with digital learning strategies and asset management.
8. Design educational content from technical sources, applying sound educational techniques.
9. Facilitate product training and Train-the-Trainer activities.
10. Follow content review processes and manage content updates.
11. Develop performance indicators to measure training effectiveness.
12. Manage project budgets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 years of experience in Medical Devices or related field
• 3 years in cardiac electrophysiology, 3D mapping, or intracardiac ultrasound
• Experience in learning and development or electrophysiology
• Ability to translate business strategy into education solutions
• Leadership skills to engage and collaborate with global teams
• Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regional Commercial Education deployment
• Experience working with OUS teams or markets
• Background in medical technology sales or marketing
• Vendor management experience
• Certification in Instructional Design or curriculum development
• Knowledge of LMS management, adult learning, and strategic planning

The base salary range for this role in the US is $100,000 to $172,500.
