    Job Summary

    Responsible for ensuring the seamless execution and delivery of Comcast’s health care program clinical engagement strategy and ongoing onsite/near-site clinic operations. Partners closely with the Global Benefits physical wellbeing team to advance Comcast’s health care benefits strategy through the development of programs and solutions to expand access to care and improve member health outcomes. Supports ongoing strategic vendor management and stewardship including annual renewal activities for key health care programs.

    Works cross functionally across Comcast Global Benefits strategic wellbeing pillars (physical, emotional and financial) to ensure alignment with Comcast’s HR Operating Model and employee journeys. Effectively liaises with outside organizations, including consultants, benefit vendors, and legal counsel.

    Job Description

    • Leads strategic vendor management activities for Comcast’s onsite/near-site clinics and health advocacy and navigation platform, including:
      • Engages with HR and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and awareness across the enterprise of key initiatives and employee engagement.
      • Ongoing vendor relationship management to ensure the successful delivery of key project milestones including vendor governance, strategy and implementation oversight for new product launches.
      • Leads annual vendor renewal activities including negotiation of financial terms, performance guarantees and other Comcast-specific contracting requirements.
      • Responsible for assessing vendor integration requirements across Comcast’s health plan ecosystem to identify interdependencies and ensure seamless integration with Comcast’s health advocacy and navigation platform.
      • Defines and monitors vendor success metrics to ensure ongoing vendor accountability and performance.
      • Collaborates with physical wellbeing team on business case development for ongoing strategic roadmap.
      • Prepares recommendations to present to executive leadership regarding annual plan design initiatives and new clinical programs/product enhancements.
    • Analyzes Comcast’s health advocacy and navigation engagement data to identify key trends and identify areas of future improvements.
    • Analyzes health plan utilization and performance to identify priorities for future clinical intervention based on Comcast’s population health and cost drivers.
      • Includes review of quarterly health plan performance dashboard and coordination of additional drill down and summarization of key insights.
      • Supports executive leadership business case development for new products and services as well as demonstration of ongoing ROI/VOI for existing programs
      • Leads annual competitive bidding/market solicitations for physical wellbeing pillar, including:
      • Project objective setting and business case development
      • Stakeholder engagement, feedback & approvals
      • Development of RFP requirements.
      • Project management including oversight of external consulting partners.
      • Vendor selection & approvals.
      • Partners with HR Service Delivery team to monitor ongoing employee escalations for key trends/themes and provide subject matter expertise/guidance for health plan design intent and/or medical policy related inquiries.
      • Partners closely across wellbeing pillars to promote utilization of all wellbeing services and awareness of key trends/opportunities for cross-collaboration.
      • Oversight of onsite/near-site clinic wellbeing campaigns in partnership with Comcast’s Medical Services & Initiatives team.
      • Manages vendor invoices and supports ongoing budget tracking and forecasting of program expenses.
      • Manages onsite clinic vendor contractor credentialling and purchase orders.
      • Has in-depth knowledge of health care benefits including plan design strategy, benefits financing/forecasting, administration, market trends/best practices and legislative/compliance requirements.
      • Effective project management skills including development of project plans aligned with broader organizational milestones, adherence to overall timelines, managing key interdependencies and escalation of project risks.
      • Collaborates effectively with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Employee Relations, Service Delivery, and other key stakeholders to monitor vendor and product performance.
      • Develops and manages ongoing vendor data security processes in collaboration with Core Services support.
      • Demonstrates strong analytical skills to effectively manage program budgets and analyze vendor utilization/engagement data to assess vendor performance.
      • Strong interpersonal skills working with a wide variety of stakeholders and personalities.
      • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
      • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
      • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
      • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
