You will collaborate with engineering and program management to allocate resources, develop talent, and meet program needs; proficiency in SAP, Solumina, and MS Office is valued.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in engineering/manufacturing roles.
• BS degree in Engineering or related field; MS preferred.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• IPC J-STD-001 certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP and Solumina.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Proximity Ammo programs with balanced resource allocation.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
