Northrop Grumman Mission Systems seeks a Final Assembly Supervisor 2 in Sunnyvale, CA. You will lead 10-15 technicians on the final assembly line, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery in a 4th shift environment.

Ideal candidates hold a STEM degree with Lean/SAP experience and must be a US citizen capable of obtaining a Secret clearance. This role supports national defense programs with a focus on performance and teamwork.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in manufacturing leadership; advanced degrees count for experience.
• Experience supervising a union workforce and applying Lean methods in production.
• Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
