Job summary

• Develop and maintain Control Room Management plans, operating procedures, and reliability practices.
• Coordinate resolution of technical and procedural issues with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Support system upgrades, maintenance initiatives, infrastructure projects, and emergency response activities.
• Represent the company on industry committees, forums, and working groups.

Summary:

• Oversee budgets, cost controls, capital planning, resource allocation, reporting, and compliance tracking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 8 years of supervisory and control room experience; OR associate degree and 10 years of supervisory and control room experience; OR High School Diploma and 12+ years of supervisory and control room experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Leadership, communication, analytical, project management, engineering management, administrative, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of interdepartmental operations and demonstrated storm restoration leadership.
• Travel required
