Role Summary
Work within the leadership teams in pursuit of excellence in FOH & Drive Thru Operations. Specifically, this role is an ambassador, leader, and critical component in ensuring the success of Chick-fil-A Charlotte Pike - Nashville in the following areas:
- Front of House Operations
- Leadership and People Development of Front of House Team
- Vision and Service Model compliance throughout all areas of oversight
General Responsibilities:
- Develop a restaurant culture of growth-minded team members and leaders, emphasizing product knowledge, stewardship, excitement, and generosity. Incorporate this into training, ongoing development, communications, and daily culture.
- Maintain vision alignment with the Operator and leadership team.
- Ensure stewardship systems are implemented throughout the restaurant.
- Develop leaders to operate as motivated, high-performance teams embodying the business vision.
- Support the Director of Front of House - Drive Thru Operations & Hospitality team during hiring processes, including resume screening, interviews, and reference checks.
- Oversee speed of service and goal achievement.
- Create, lead, and implement systems that set standards for all front counter & Drive Thru teams, promoting innovation and high performance.
- Perform daily goal-setting and provide performance feedback to all team members and leaders regarding Chick-fil-A processes and procedures.

Specific Experience:
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in business or hospitality
- Experience as a leader in food service operations
- Years of Experience: 2
