TekWissen Group in New York City is seeking a Manager, FP&A to drive financial planning, analysis and modeling for global operations. You will consolidate international P&L, forecast, and budgets, partnering with cross-functional teams to provide timely insights.

This 6‑month onsite assignment requires strong Excel/Sheets, Longview or SAP experience, and excellent communication to support executive reporting and strategic decisions.

• Bachelor's degree, advanced degree, or MBA preferred.

• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytics; consolidation experience with Longview and/or SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Reporting: Consolidating and delivering time-sensitive International P&L and KPI reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Regional Reporting: Preparing and distributing monthly regional performance reports with commentary on drivers and FX impact.
• Cycle Management: Setting deadlines, tracking progress, and ensuring timely submissions during close, forecast, and budget cycles.
• Forecasting: Building and updating models for monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans.
• Monthly Close: Explaining variance drivers to stakeholders and driving the forecasting process.
• Financial Analysis: Developing business models and presenting findings to senior management.
• Cost Management: Creating dashboards to monitor performance against budget and driving profitability targets.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Consolidating financial data for rapid decision-making.
• Transformation: Supporting ERP transition and data migration for new system rollout.

Job Description:

• The Manager, FP&A will play a critical role in analyzing data, building financial models to support business planning and strategic business initiatives.
• This role is part of the Global Pluto TV Financial Planning & Analysis team and reports to the Vice President, Global Pluto TV FP&A.
• Our team is collaborative, passionate and aims to drive business decisions on all levels through high quality, accurate, timely, relevant data, analysis, and insights.
• This position will primarily focus on consolidating international P&L and KPIs by region, SG&A budgets, and applicable reporting to support all stakeholders including business partners, Central teams, consolidations, and executive management.
• The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator and have a solid background in consolidations and managing financial budgets across a cross functional team.

Responsibilities:

• This is a meaningful role for our team with a wide range of responsibilities, including the following:
• Reporting: Consolidating and delivering time-sensitive International P&L and KPI reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Partnering with the Global FP&A team to ensure International results are accurate and on time for Global reporting. Collaborating across teams to provide meaningful insights.
• Regional Reporting: Preparing and distributing monthly regional performance reports to leadership, including P&L and KPI results by market, with commentary on key drivers and trends, including FX impact.
• Cycle Management: Setting and communicating deadlines to the International FP&A team and business partners, tracking progress, and driving timely submissions during close, forecast, and budget cycles.
• Forecasting: Building and updating models during reporting cycles, including monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans. Providing support for data consolidation across Pluto TV International FP&A verticals.
• Monthly Close: Explaining key variance drivers to stakeholders such as the Controller's Group and Streaming Central teams. Driving the monthly forecasting process and related presentations.
• Financial Analysis: Developing business models and recommendations based on findings. Providing monthly and quarterly financial overviews to senior management. Supporting FP&A reporting cycles, including annual budgets and long-range plans. Participating and supporting in delivering results and presentations to partners.
• Cost Management: Creating and maintaining dashboards to monitor business performance against budget. Developing relationships with business partners to drive towards profitability targets. Managing and uploading central cost data (e.g., allocations from Central teams) into the consolidation and planning systems.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Sourcing, consolidating, and organizing financial data to create clear and actionable analysis for internal review and rapid decision-making.
• Transformation: Facilitating smooth transition to new ERP system; Supporting ERP related projects, integration, and data conversion for new system rollout.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, advanced degree, or MBA preferred
• 5+ years of work experience in finance, accounting, or similar quantitative role; media, entertainment, and/or technology experience a plus
• Advanced Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace suite skills, particularly Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills. Experience with financial consolidation and planning systems; Longview and/or SAP experience a plus
