Job summary

Cornerstones of Care is seeking a Manager of Foster Care Case Management to supervise a team of seven Case Management Specialists and ensure contract and licensing compliance. The role reports to the Director of Foster Care and Adoption and requires after-hours on-call availability as needed.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience with children and holds a Bachelor's in social work or related field, with a Master’s preferred.

Your role will be responsible for the supervision of foster care case management team members and service compliance with contract/licensing/funding body and accreditation requirements. As a member of the Missouri Foster Care team, you will supervise 7 team members and report to our Director of Foster Care and Adoption.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Supervise a unit of Case Management Specialists.Provide back-up supervision to case management staff (as needed) in the absence of other unit supervisors.Be accessible by phone after hours, holidays and weekends, when assigned as the on-call supervisor.Serve as an ongoing liaison between Cornerstones of Care and funding sources, always maintaining adequate communication channels to ensure that services remain flexible and creative in response to community needs.Ensure, through supervision and monitoring, that each Case Specialist maintains up-to-date records in the Cornerstones of Care and Children's Division management information systems for each child within established standards.WHAT YOU WILL BRING:Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience working with children and the following:Bachelor’s degree in social work or other human services related field required.
