Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a Manager of Fleet Services to lead vehicle maintenance operations and support resort safety and brand standards. The role reports to the Director of Security & Transport and requires overseeing team development, scheduling, and cost control.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of vehicle maintenance experience, strong MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills, and the ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, direction and support for Fleet Services including the supervision, training and development of team members.
• Ensures financial responsibility through revenue generation that meets and/or exceeds budget, budget management, execution of regular inventory counts and ordering, Vendor management, proper Team Member scheduling, and cost control implementation.
• Ensures compliance with all Safety and Brand Standards as well as all national and local laws, including OSHA regulations, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through regular inspection and maintenance of visually appealing and well-maintained company vehicles.

The Manager of Fleet Services will report to the Director of Security & Transport. This position is responsible for the leadership, direction, administration and support of Fleet Services, vehicle maintenance operations. She/he will ensure compliance with all Safety and Brand Standards as well as all national and local laws, including OSHA regulations, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This position operates with limited supervision by resort senior leadership.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High School or equivalent.
• 3 - 5 years Vehicle Maintenance experience.
• MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

CPR/First Aid/AED Training.
