Jensenhughes is seeking an experienced leader for their Houston office, responsible for managing a team in Fire and Building Safety or Industrial Process Safety services. Key focuses include promoting a positive work environment, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering diversity within the team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of technical consulting experience, knowledge of fire protection engineering fundamentals, and excellent communication skills. This full-time position requires in-office presence in the Houston Metro area.

This position is responsible for leading a team of technical contributors in the Houston, TX office, primarily in the Fire and Building Safety or Industrial Process Safety service line. Successful execution of the position will include a strong focus on staff engagement and career development. Key performance priorities include fostering an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusion to encourage recruitment and retention, innovation, and a high-performing organization.
The candidate must reside in or relocate to the Houston Metro area to allow for appropriate proximity to the team. Relocation assistance will be provided if needed. This position is an in-office role and is not intended to include a hybrid or remote work arrangement.
