Job summary

Vika Talent Solutions seeks an experienced Manager, Financial Systems to lead strategy, governance, and optimization of our enterprise financial systems environment. This role serves as the liaison between Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing, Operations, and IT, providing leadership across SAP Finance and Controlling applications.

The ideal candidate will have deep SAP FICO/CO-PA expertise, Product Costing, Manufacturing Cost Accounting, and Finance reporting, with a track record of ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years of enterprise financial systems experience.
• 7+ years SAP Finance (FICO) experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading full lifecycle SAP implementations, upgrades, integrations, or finance transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting, inventory accounting, standard costing, variance analysis, and profitability reporting.
• Expertise with SAP FICO, CO-PA, Product Costing, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Manufacturing Cost Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO/CO) systems strategy, governance, and optimization.
• Manage ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, and finance transformation projects.
• Partner with Finance, Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to support business and reporting requirements.
• Oversee product costing, standard costing, cost center and profit center accounting, and profitability reporting.
• Enhance CO-PA reporting and financial analytics capabilities.
• Manage third-party consultants, system integrators, vendors, project budgets, timelines, and executive reporting.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement across financial systems.

This role will serve as the primary liaison between Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing, Operations, and IT, providing technical and functional leadership across SAP Finance and Controlling applications.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP FICO, CO-PA, Product Costing, Manufacturing Cost Accounting, and Financial Reporting, with a strong background leading ERP implementations, system integrations, finance transformation initiatives, and process automation projects within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
