Qualifications

• In-depth technical and working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with business transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting for operations in emerging markets.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Latin America finance teams and corporate stakeholders.
• Conduct Source of Earnings and financial statement analysis.
• Collaborate with actuarial partners for annual assumption updates.
• Support Oracle system enhancements.
• Lead quarterly and annual SEC filings preparation.
• Prepare technical accounting memos on complex transactions.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit deliverables.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls over financial reporting.
