The role requires expertise in U.S. GAAP and involves leading financial reporting, acting as a liaison, conducting analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should have a degree in Accounting/Finance, along with eight years of experience. This hybrid position is located in Newark, NJ.

Formación

• In-depth technical and working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with business transactions.
• Minimum eight (8) years of related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial reporting for operations in emerging markets.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Latin America finance teams and corporate stakeholders.
• Conduct Source of Earnings and financial statement analysis.
• Collaborate with actuarial partners for annual assumption updates.
• Support Oracle system enhancements.
• Lead quarterly and annual SEC filings preparation.
• Prepare technical accounting memos on complex transactions.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit deliverables.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls over financial reporting.
