Job summary

Moët Hennessy USA invites a Financial Reporting Manager to oversee legal-entity financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting and cash reporting from its New York office. The role leads the reporting function and collaborates with accounting and operations teams to ensure accuracy of P&L and balance sheet schedules.

The candidate will supervise staff, drive process improvements, and maintain internal controls while coordinating with cross-functional groups to deliver timely financial analyses

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in accounting/finance or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of accounting/finance with month-end close, budgeting and forecasting expertise.
• Proven people leader with experience supervising staff in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to review complex schedules.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with cross-functional partners.
• Experience managing system implementations, process documentation and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the reporting function and review/approve P&L and balance sheet schedules prior to Group submissions.
• Manage month-end, quarterly, and close calendars, deadlines, and deliverables across accounting and finance teams.
• Supervise and develop the Reporting Analyst, reviewing analyses and supporting schedules.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial analyses, commentary and reporting packages.
• Lead legal-entity budgeting and forecasting processes and coordinate inputs with finance and operations.
• Manage monthly and quarterly cash reporting, DSO, intercompany movements and cash flow analysis.
• Oversee Vendor Master processes, onboarding and banking changes, and resolve related issues.
• Act as reporting lead for system updates, process improvements and audit/internal control requirements.
