Responsibilities

  • Lead development of the annual budget, working with department heads to align with goals.
  • Monitor budget performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Analyze financial data, KPIs, and trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and forecasts to support decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long‑term strategies and identify cost optimization and revenue enhancement opportunities.
  • Oversee collection, organization, and maintenance of financial data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Implement and manage financial planning software tools as needed.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to assess scenario impacts.
  • Present financial reports and analysis to executives and managers, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance controls, and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting standards.
  • Coordinate with auditors during annual audits.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of financial analysts.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure departmental effectiveness and growth.

Job Summary
