Position Summary
As Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis you will be responsible for driving insights into the financial performance for the NetworkChoice business within CVS Health’s Pharmacy Services segment. This role will lead Financial Planning & Analysis activities for a portion of the P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, month-end close support, and the creation of reporting that drives insight into the business. You and your work will highlight to management key business drivers, risks, opportunities, and provide insights needed to make critical business decisions. This is a people manager role and will be supported by a team of direct reports. This role is open for remote candidates.
Responsibilities
- Develop robust, nuanced budgets and forecasts for a portion of the NetworkChoice segment’s P&L
- Oversee the analysis of financial performance, including profitability drivers, identifying margin leakage, along with analysis of trends and variances, and communicate findings and recommendations to senior management
- Conducts scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis to evaluate the financial impact of various business scenarios and help guide strategic decisions
- Establish financial planning and analysis processes and systems, leveraging business intelligence tools such as Alteryx and Tableau to efficiently create accurate and timely reporting
- Manage and develop a team of direct reports
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working in finance or a related field (e.g., accounting, analytics, corporate strategy, consulting)
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and SQL; Tableau, Alteryx and SAP experience a plus
- Outcomes oriented with the ability to deliver accurate and timely results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability and desire to learn new technologies
- History of working with big data
- Healthcare experience
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting or other quantitatively oriented fields; accredited four year college or university or equivalent experience

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
