EisnerAmper has experienced significant growth and is seeking an FP&A Manager for our Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) Outsourced Accounting Team. This role provides analytical finance support for start-up clients, offering diverse and challenging experiences working closely with CFOs and Controllers, with opportunities for professional development.

• This is a fully remote position; availability for Eastern and/or Central time zones is required.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as an outsourced finance leader for multiple clients, supporting financial planning, analysis, reporting, and strategy
• Build and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for early-stage to mid-market consumer goods companies
• Analyze financial performance and advise clients on improvements
• Oversee preparation of management reports, investor decks, and board presentations
• Provide insights on pricing, ROI, channel profitability, and unit economics
• Recommend improvements to FP&A processes, controls, and systems
• Support capital raising activities, including cash flow planning and investor reporting
• Implement reporting dashboards for financial and operational visibility
• Experience with DTC, omnichannel, and retail distribution models
• Manage collaboration with client teams to align financial and strategic goals

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years in finance roles, including leadership in a Consumer Goods company
• Experience managing multiple client relationships
• Supervisory experience
• Experience with financial systems like NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of the consumer brands industry
• Expertise in financial modeling and analytics
• Ability to present to founders, investors, and Boards
• Experience with 3-statement financial modeling
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• MBA or advanced degree preferred

Salary range in NYC and California: $85,000 - $150,000. Compensation varies by location and experience.
