BearCom and Stone Security seek an experienced FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. You will partner with executive leadership to translate financial data into actionable insights and drive performance improvements across BearCom and the Stone Security unit.

You will create scalable reporting solutions, oversee KPI development, and lead financial analyses to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for helping lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles and delivering executive-level financial insight across multiple business units.The FP&A Manager will serve as a key business partner, partnering directly with executive and Operations leadership across BearCom and Stone Security to drive business performance. The ideal candidate combines strong financial modeling expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for process improvement and data-driven decision making.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & AnalysisHelp lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.Review monthly financial performance against budget and forecast, presenting key drivers and actionable insights to executive leadership.Oversee development of financial models supporting P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow analysis.Direct ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic initiatives and executive decision making.Manage preparation and quality of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.Business PartnershipServe as a financial partner to Operations leaders across BearCom and Stone Security, providing financial guidance and strategic recommendations.Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.Present findings and recommendations directly to executives in a concise and impactful manner.Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership.Operational FinanceOversee operational finance activities across BearCom and Stone Security business units.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.Lead management reporting and executive presentations.Process ImprovementDrive initiatives to streamline finance processes through automation and scalable reporting solutions.Lead and champion process improvement and simplification initiatives across the Finance organization.Continuously elevate reporting accuracy, efficiency, and business intelligence capabilities.Establish and promote best practices in financial analysis and reporting across the team.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned in support of the Finance organization's goalsEducationBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Physics, Engineering, Mathematics, or another analytical/STEM discipline.MBA or advanced degree preferred.Experience5-7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Financial Analysis.Experience supporting operational business units and executive leadership required.Experience within multi-location, distribution, technology, or security and communications services businesses is a plus.Technical SkillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel modeling skillsStrong PowerPoint presentation capabilitiesFinancial modeling (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)Budgeting and forecastingVariance analysisKPI development and reportingBusiness Intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) preferredSQL and/or Python experience preferredExperience working with large datasets and financial reporting systemsCore CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrategic mindset with strong business acumenExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExecutive-level presentation skillsAbility to influence without direct authorityStrong organizational and project management skillsIntellectual curiosity and continuous improvement mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh degree of professionalism, integrity, and accountabilityCollaborative leader with the ability to work independently and empower othersWhat You'll DoLead strategic financial planning and decision making for the organization.Deliver meaningful financial insights that improve business performance.Develop scalable reporting and analytical solutions.Own budgeting and forecasting initiatives end-to-end.Identify opportunities for growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.Serve as a trusted finance partner and leader across the organization.BENEFITSBearCom wants to elevate your professional growth!
