Description

Manager – Enterprise FP&A Job Summary This role will help advance the CFO's long-term vision for Finance by translating strategic priorities into practical, technology-enabled solutions and supporting their implementation across the broader Finance organization. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise FP&A, the individual will play an important role in coordinating and executing a multi-year transformation of how Finance plans, analyzes, and reports financial and operational performance, with a focus on building more integrated, efficient, and forward-looking capabilities.

The role requires a combination of financial acumen, strong project management skills, technology fluency, and an ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Working closely with Enterprise FP&A leadership and broader Finance stakeholders, the individual will help translate future-state objectives into actionable project plans, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and support the delivery of solutions from initial concept through implementation and adoption.

Key areas of focus include modernizing management reporting and performance analytics, improving connectivity across strategic, capital, and financial planning, and exploring opportunities to leverage automation, AI, and emerging technologies. The individual will work closely with Finance Transformation & Enablement, SBU FP&A teams, Capital Management, and aligned data and technology teams to translate Finance business needs into clear requirements and coordinate the delivery of scalable solutions.

Success in this role will depend on the ability to bring structure to complex initiatives, build productive working relationships, proactively identify and resolve challenges, and support the adoption of new capabilities across Finance. With the guidance and sponsorship of Finance leadership, the individual will help move transformation priorities forward and deliver measurable improvements in Finance's efficiency, analytical capabilities, and decision support.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the translation of the CFO's vision for Finance into actionable transformation initiatives, working with Enterprise FP&A leadership and other stakeholders to understand future-state objectives, assess current capabilities, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop practical plans to advance agreed-upon priorities.
  • Manage cross-functional transformation projects and workstreams from initial planning through implementation and adoption. Establish project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder responsibilities; coordinate execution across teams; proactively identify risks and issues; and work with leadership to resolve challenges and keep initiatives on track.
  • Partner with Finance stakeholders to build alignment and support organizational change, engaging SBU Finance, Capital Management, Finance Transformation & Enablement, and other teams to understand business needs, incorporate diverse perspectives, facilitate discussions, and build support for agreed-upon solutions and new ways of working.
  • Support the advancement of the Enterprise's long-term planning capabilities, collaborating with SBU FP&A, Capital Management, Planning & Analytics, Product Owners, and the Anaplan Community of Practice to improve connectivity across strategic, capital, and financial planning, expand scenario analysis, and develop more integrated and scalable planning processes.
  • Coordinate initiatives to modernize management reporting and performance analytics, partnering with Finance and technology teams to improve the integration of financial, operational, and external data; streamline the production of management information; and strengthen Finance's ability to deliver insights that support executive decision-making.
  • Identify and help implement opportunities to leverage automation, AI, and emerging technologies to improve Finance workflows, reduce manual and repetitive activities, strengthen analytical capabilities, and create additional capacity for forward-looking analysis and business decision support.
  • Track and communicate transformation progress and business impact, maintaining visibility into project milestones, deliverables, risks, and outcomes. Prepare updates for Finance leadership, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and help measure the benefits of implemented solutions.
Qualifications
  • Strong background in FP&A, finance transformation, or a related finance role, with experience across planning, forecasting, management reporting, performance analysis, and executive decision support.
  • Demonstrated process improvement mindset, with experience redesigning workflows, simplifying processes, and reducing manual or low-value work.
  • Strong understanding of finance technology and data capabilities, ideally including Anaplan, Power BI, Excel, automation, and emerging AI tools.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects from problem definition and solution design through implementation, adoption, and measurement of results.
  • Ability to translate Finance business needs into clear process, data, reporting, and technology requirements for technical partners.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build alignment across Finance, data, technology, and transformation teams without direct authority.
  • Analytical, intellectually curious, and change-oriented, with a track record of challenging existing ways of working and delivering measurable business impact.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
