CDW LLC is seeking an experienced Manager of Corporate Accounting to lead the monthly close, perform financial analytics, ensure governance and internal control compliance with U.S. GAAP, and drive timely, accurate results.

This senior role sits within our Accounting leadership team and emphasizes accuracy, accountability, and strategic insights. You will oversee close processes, asset and lease accounting, software capitalization, prepaid expenses, and accruals; partner with FP&A and other

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 5+ years of accounting and at least 1 year of leadership experience.
  • CPA is a plus.
  • Experience working with large, public entities is a plus.
  • Ownership and accountability of self and team delivering on commitments and results.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial results.
  • Oversee the accounting for fixed assets, leases, internally developed software, prepaid expenses, expense accruals and other general corporate accounting areas.
  • Prepare financial analytics and insights into the financial results with ability to provide storyline on the results in comparison with prior periods and financial forecasts.
  • Collaborate with key business partners across other functions, including coworker services, legal, other functions outside of finance.
  • Collaboration with the Financial Planning and Analytics team to understand expense trends and drives to support our financial forecasting and planning processes.
  • Advance the performance management and development of the coworkers within the team.
  • Deliver on process improvements and drive that mindset throughout the team, advancing skills and capabilities of the team in automation and AI agent tools.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager over the Corporate Accounting area to execute on the monthly close process, financial analysis and analytics, governance and controls, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies. This role is a critical role within our Accounting leadership team and will focus on delivering timely and accurate financial results.

What you’ll do

  • Process improvement and innovation mindset with ability to scope a problem, develop solutions, and drive the execution of the solution, with new and innovative tools.
  • Approaches each day with critical thinking and continuously challenging how we are executing with ability to evaluate new ways of working.

Pay range: $104,000 - $140,000 depending on experience and skill set

Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differentials annual bonus target of 10% subject to terms and conditions of plan
