Amazon’s NACF Finance is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with two USARS Fulfillment Regional Directors in US East, leading a network of fulfillment centers and coordinating initiatives across Operations and Strategy. You will influence decision-making and drive optimization, with intense focus on financial insights and operational performance.

You will collaborate with executives and multiple business units, communicating clearly and prioritizing high-impact programs to move the USARS

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing and leading a team of 5+ members
• 8+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, tax, economics, or a related analytical field
• MBA or CPA preferred (advantageous)
• Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (SQL, Essbase, Cognos) and providing management-ready analyses

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Strategy teams to drive optimization, efficiency, and insights.

Amazon’s North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Finance is looking for a Finance Manager to be the trusted finance partner to two US Amazon Robotics Sortable (USARS) Fulfillment Regional Directors in US East. The US Amazon Robotics Sortable Finance team seeks a Finance leader to partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Strategy teams, and to drive an agenda of optimization, efficiency, and insights. About the team

Our finance team supports Amazon Robotics Sortable operations, partnering closely with the regional and super-regional leadership across the US East network. We work alongside Safety, Repairs and Maintenance Engineering, Human Resources, Process Engineering, and Sales and Operations Planning to deliver financial insights that keep fulfillment operations cost-effective and running smoothly. You will join an inclusive team where your analysis has a direct line to operational decisions and where collaboration across functions is part of how we work every day.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of directly managing and leading a team of 5+ members experience
• 8+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, tax, economics, or a related analytical field

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
• 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
• 6+ years of mentoring junior finance and/or business team members experience
• 3+ years of working with senior staff (e.g. c-suite) experience
• MBA, or CPA
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MSAccess, Essbase or Cognos) and providing recommendations based on results of ad hoc analyses to management for strategic decision-making

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
