We are looking for a Volume PMO Manager to join our high performing Growth Finance team. As a Volume PMO Manager on our team, you will help design, implement, and execute strategic projects that drive DaVita’s multi-year growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Combine aspects of Finance, Growth, & Strategy to critically think through complex problems and help solve critical business issues that impact our short-term & long-term goals
• Harness your analytical mindset to push forward and make recommendations on important Village initiatives
• Leverage strong relationship building skills to co-create and implement your ideas with cross-functional partners
• Synthesize your findings and surface need for input with senior leadership—you’ll be expected to present your findings to executive leaders on a regular basis
• Manage a team of analysts who will (a) help deploy your findings across the Village and (b) rely on your development and guidance
• Foster an environment of belonging and strong performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook (required), Essbase (preferred)
• Metro-Denver based (in office Tu-Th)
• 5-10 years total work experience in progressive roles in cross-functional teams (required) in healthcare industry (preferred)
• Experience managing junior teammates (preferred)

Travel

• Travel dependent on project; less than 25%

Salary/ Wage Range

$92,000.00-$138,000.00 / year
