Position: Field Service Manager

As a Field Service Manager, you will support, measure, and develop Field Service Professionals through leadership, training, and guidance. Your goal is to ensure your team delivers outstanding, world-class customer service, resolves customer questions and concerns, and promotes Vivint products and services effectively.

The role involves ensuring products are installed properly, timely, and according to industry standards; providing coaching and performance evaluations; and identifying areas for professional growth.

Required Skills:

  • Recruit and hire top talent, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
  • Train professionals on customer engagement and product knowledge.
  • Improve team performance based on KPIs.
  • Demonstrate new products and clarify details before launches.
  • Communicate policies, procedures, and techniques effectively.
  • Manage team performance to meet operational and financial goals.
  • Support ongoing training, coaching, and motivation.
  • Conduct regular team meetings for training and goal setting.
  • Manage employee time tracking and leave requests.
  • Review customer feedback and address concerns.
  • Maintain high-quality, timely installations and service to retain customers.
  • Coordinate with scheduling and sales teams for seamless customer experience.
  • Cover high-priority appointments as needed.
  • Ensure accurate completion of customer paperwork.
  • Work proactively with organizational teams to coordinate efforts.
  • Provide performance updates to management.
  • Ensure proper inventory and product management.
  • Promote safety and professional conduct among team members.
